Vodafone TV still cant stream netflix as its only google cast not chromecast in them.
If you after a full chromecast experience this is still the best way

You can use google home to tell it to play netflix. This doesnt work on android TV yet. You can stream stan and youtube just not netflix

I love Chromecast and have for many years, but since getting Vodafone TV I hardly cast anymore as all the apps I used to cast from I can put on Vodafone TV. Saying that, Vodafone TV has full 4k Chromecast built into it (not Google cast… I'm also not sure what this is?) and you can cast exactly the same as with any Chromecast. Much better option than the more expensive Chromecast Ultra.

I have the chromecast ultra sitting on top of tv unit unplugged as cant work out what to do with since getting vodafone TV as well. I gave up trying to cast anything other then youtube
