Has anyone watched it with any format below 720p ? Its not great… even normal TV (non HD) channels are not that great on it.. Mind you, chuck in a bluray or watch something above 720p and its awesome…
That's basically any TV. Free to air looks like garbage because it's low quality. No amount of upscaling can fix that.

@vvti85: Thank you, I found it. I chatted to Sony and they are going to contact the warehouse and get back to me in 2 business days.
Went into the shops on the weekend and was pretty set on getting a Hisense P7 from all the other deals…however the P7 just looked a bit underwhelming and just didn't really pop like the other screens on display. I don't know how it happened but I ended up pulling the trigger on this deal instead - which luckily is still active and looks like it will come down another $100 in about a month if there's still stock.
Fingers crossed I receive one of the brand new boxes as from all the other comments - will report back once I receive it.
