  Also shipping is about $20 for this product, so in fact if you were picking it up you'd get it for the same price and with 2gb more RAM.

    That model above is a celeron model, while this model is a Pentium Dual Core model, so the performance and price are not exactly the same and it may be a bit unrealistic to expect the price to be the same at this point of time.
    Also I found a comparison chart between the 2 CPU:

    I hope this information can justify my point and let you reconsider revoking the negative?
