Looking through the fineprint, there doesn't seem to be any 12 month exclusions stated, just says that offer is not available to existing customers of Virgin Money.

Has anyone successfully signed up a second time?
Just cancelled the card and looking for the next card to claim bonus points and there doesn't seem to be many at the moment and the ones available I'm waiting for the existing customer period to end.
This seems to be the best value for me at the moment.
