      I'm not asking for what tier it is. "Tier one" is not a provider. I'm asking for the name of the provider aka backbone. This matters with usenet.

        Ummmm tier one means exactly that. They are their own backbone.

            If you want a block which is NTD over DMCA then look at vipernews or usenet.farm

    I would just create another account for the unlimited.
