      As written here cashback for eBay will track on an item level basis - sounds a $50 item has tracked so far.

    I had two eBay purchases using this deal, both were tracked and pending and now I just got a notification that both have been rejected!!! What the!?! Not happy as one is around $150 and I never would have bought the item if it wasn’t for this deal.

    I didn’t even pay with any gift cards!

    Edit: Just saw reply above from the rep, hopefully they can sort this out.

    Also got notification from shopback saying that mine was also rejected!!

    Your cashback of $399.59 was rejected and removed from your pending earnings for one of these reasons:
    1. Your order was cancelled, returned or exchanged, partially or fully
    This is absolutely false, my transaction completed and is still complete and I picked up the item from the seller last week!
    2. Your order was paid for with a gift voucher
    Yes it was purchased partially with $300 worth of gift cards, however, the cashback terms and conditions clearly stated "You can still earn cashback when using eBay gift cards as a payment method"
    3. Payment or stay was not completed.
    Parent was completed and stay must have been completed as well considering my cashback was successfully tracked in my account!

    Not happy Jan!

    Same guys I paid with leftover ebay gift cards and I made sure I read terms saying you can't buy gift cards and my $269 cash back got rejected and I wouldn't have purchased if it wasn't for this

      As above we're investigating this and are attempting to resolve this - gift cards as a payment method are definitely valid but something's triggered our system to reject transactions even though we haven't had the orders valid by eBay yet.

        Hi rep, thanks for the update.

        My cashback is indeed in Pending status again now, however the cashback amount keeps fluctuating to 2x or 4x the expected amount.
        It originally showed $128.46 as expected, but then it went to $256.93 and now it says $513.85.

        Don't get me wrong, I would love 4x back but I thought I'd better do the right thing and let you know so it can be checked.
        I'd rather get my proper cashback amount than have it rejected completely because the values don't match.

        Unfortunately Amazon had a widespread issue when we did our last upsize, we also made an announcement here. Many were affected and as you've submitted a claim please wait a bit longer as your claim gets processed. Once your claim is processed you will no longer see the missing cashback claim entry in your cashback history.

    OP, I've made a purchase from this Adidas deal two weeks ago and it's still saying 'Clicked'. Is that normal? When I click on the drop-down arrow it's telling me that if I shopped at Adidas then I'll see my Chashback within 2 days but it has been two weeks now and it still hasn't changed. Late last year there was similar issue with a purchase I made from Supercheap Auto that never materialized as it was stuck on 'Clicked', and now it disappeared from my account.

      You'll have 3 months from date of purchase to submit a claim, which is why you no longer see the Supercheap Auto click in your history. Supercheap Auto and Adidas operate on similar networks to track cashback so I'm not sure if something in your browser (eg. ad/cookie/script blockers) is causing the transactions there not to track.

    Following offer from Shopback was quite popular in April. I was expecting cash back to be confirmed on 21 June but just noticed today it got rejected. It was still in pending state couple of days ago.

      Your use of gift cards as payment would have been the reason it got rejected,
      before this offer & when we where getting 1% back, gift cards as payment was not allowed.
