      Yup. And considering their ability to replace it should warranty issues arrive will be severely dampened and their motivation to process warranty claims will also be reduced since they no longer carry them…

    I think I'm missing something. If this is an OzBargain only clearance, why do I see the same deal when I access these devices via your normal shop entrance on the website? Looks to me like it is a general offer.

    It should show the code above the box (for that reason, the SMS is sometimes slow).

    Mine syncs at 17mbps - my old billion would only sync to 15mbps.

    We've still got 5x 7390's left and over 10x 7270's left. I've just gone through and checked the stock and called up some customers that hadn't paid yet. (You have to pay immediately to secure your stock)

    Just wondering - is this really a good deal? $329 for a device that provides ADSL2+ modem, Wireless N router, VoIP ATA and DECT functionality for $329. A bargain? Why not just buy these devices separately and hook them up? Is it the convenience?

      Less power and space, they all work together, it also supports VDSL/ISDN, has a digital answering machine, supports HD voice, etc which you won't get on the separate devices you would otherwise have. I'm not sure about you but I like having a single unit which does what I need and has enough headroom that I can't see any reason to upgrade it any time soon. Also you won't be wasting your time working out which unit to RMA if one part of it doesn't work.

      I have held off buying one but have decided to bite the bullet and replacing all my flaky units in one hit.

      they are newly arrived and this is the cheapest price you can get with delivery so far. Yes, you might find cheaper if you break it up, but why would you want so many cables and boxes around?

      also, there are quite a few things that this device can do that you can't do by buying separate components…

      also, have you seen the iphone app where it can use your iphone as an additional handset ?

      Its hard not to like this modem, so many features and i keep finding out new things it can do, its a very complete package, it also supports the NBN, and the technologies are all the latest. There is also a small amount of flash (512 meg), dual band wifi, 3G support, IPTV and DECT built in, which are features that may not have been mentioned in this thread.

      Not sure that there is anything else like it on the market.
