Yeah I wonder, maybe because they don’t use that flavour in there milkshakes so hey will still be able to sell milkshakes ?
That’s not how it works. The syrup for shakes is separate from the toppings for sundaes.
Caramel is the worst flavour out of them all. They also let you have no flavoured topping if you ask them.
Have you tried it via the app. Just had a look and it lets me add other toppings.

Best thing to do is remove the caramel and add the hot fudge for an extra $0.5! :)

Anyone else find the app horrible? Every time I go to do an order I have to go to my cart and remove every item individually from whenever my last order was.
Get a muffin meal with a coffee doesn't count towards your coffee rewards.
If you order more than one coffee in one order you still only get one reward towards the free coffee.
the app defaults the closest mcdonalds is by distance and not by time. Makes sense I guess but the closest mcdonalds to me is 0.8km however it's on the other side of a main road. I legit have to drive past another McDonald's (1.2km away) to get to it. Even though the 1.2km McDonald's is set as my favourite I still have to manually change it every time.

I often click "Beef" and have it time out. Grrr. Second click works.
I understand why they don't want you to order multiple "rewards" in one go, but if I'm dining in at a location with table service, I can just place two orders. Why not let users combine rewards then?
The app sucks bad, I constantly have an old item stuck in my chrckout which means i need to scan at the counter. The benefit is people are too lazy to scan and give it to me wothout scanning, which means I can use it again

Any specific state too?Ah yes I remember that promotion. It only lasted 3 weeks and was considered to be a temporary trial to see how deserts would sell on loose change. I'm not sure whether or not it will come back anytime soon.
Did sundaes get smaller or did my hand get bigger?
The large cup seems narrow and often gets the whippy bit half-way up the cup.
And I heard they were removing sundaes from the menu in the UK?
I remember a time before large sundaes when regular ones were 65 or 75 cents. I would always get one. then large ones came into the picture at $1.30 or $1.40 ish.. now days $3+ its too expensive to buy a sundae unless its these specials.

yep in the dawn of time when burgers where pre-made and kept warm on the rack behind the cashier, maybe except for fillet-o-fish. I dont think there was demand for that one and it was made fresh.
