    $499….lol

Are you the guys that were on shark tank? Or is this a rip-off of that?

    • Hi Spackbace,
we are not associated in any way with the guys on shark tank, but our concept is very similar to display house plans in real size

  • YES

  • You guys build a mock up place or it's like VR or something?

By the looks of it, they project the floor plan from the ceiling.

      See image

Edit: Used a better image to demonstrate.

      • That's what it looks like to me as well. What a rip off to pay $1200 for a projection. If they actually used modular walls to create the actual house, I can see it being worth the money spent but for a projection? No way.

        • Hello Orly,
we project the entire house plan on a large warehouse in Wangara,
Projection area is 600 Sqms, we are using 12 Commercial grade high resolution projectors, so there are various costs involved to project the house plans on the floor,

our service is highly valuable if you can not visualize the house layout and dimensions of the rooms, by taking a walk through of the house plans you will not only gain confidence in house plan that you will be building but also save time, money and hassles of variations at late stage.

    • Hi Jayz,
The house plans are displays in real size in large warehouse to true 1:1 Scale. its not VR or 3D

Morpheus would say something like “If the mind thinks it’s real it will make it real… do you think that’s air you’re breathing?”

Even still, stairs are going to be tough to climb.

        • I see. Neo has put on some weight then…

Hmmmm I think ide rather just go to a display home for free

    • I'll just have them build it and if it turns out bad, tear it down and build it a different way next year.

  • If only there were life size models of houses on display somewhere.

Maybe free to view and with helpful people and brochures.

Lol they don't build display homes of every single house plan. Some builders have hundreds of designs. And even then if you wanted to modify the plans, they're not going to modify the display home for you.

I built five years ago and they never had a display home of the design I chose. I would have liked to do something like this, however I'd never pay close to $499 let alone the standard price of $1200, Jesus christ, no wonder it's on "special"

Seems like this would be pretty useful. And if your building your own place 500 smackas to avoid dodgy sight lines and awkward door opening seems worthwhile. You could do the same thing with chalk and a carpark though, but by the sound of it, these guys have some movable doors and walls.

    • If that's the case..slap your builder for their good work and hide from your wife!!

  • Total tour allowance time 15 mins ? Extra 5mins $120..a little bird tells me.
