M3 or M4?
I just did some search.
M4 use a stacked censor. M3 is not.
M4 have better dynamic range and sharper.I am not sure if it's worth 27% more money for that…
Just image quality and money prespective.

Nice, VideoPro just dropped the price of the M4, making it $673. I’d probably go for the M4 for only an extra $90.
Great price, but got the M3 as it’s all I need. It’s $527 after the Amex rebate and will sell the spare battery, so effective purchase price should come in under $500
Can't go wrong with either. I would recommend hanging on to the extra battery though! First thing I did was buy extra batteries for mine. Battery life isn't the RX100's strongest point.
@aja12: Thanks for the advice. I'm only going to be a very light user, maybe 10 photos a week that's it. See how I go.
