  • Subway didn't even reply to my complaint. How do I complain about that?

    • I complained on Tuesday and they said they will get back to me. Haven’t heard back yet.

  • Is there a list of the participating venues please? also do you have to install the app in order to get the voucher? My boyfriend didn't receive it, yet I did..

    • You can search in the app by postcode or suburb name to see participating venues. Alternatively, you can check at https://order.subway.com/en-au/ if you don’t have the app.

      App doesn’t need to be installed to receive the voucher, it will also come via email in the form of a QR code.

      • Is everyone supposed to get the email voucher? My bf didn't get the email but I did.. strange.

        So if the store isn't coming up on that website to order now.. it won't work there even if you go instore? thanks

          Assuming he was previously a subway eatfresh member, and he signed up with the same email for the subcard, then yes.

          If it’s not on the website it definitely won’t work, they won’t have the scanner set up. I know this courtesy of subway head office after I made a complaint. Based on some of the comments in this thread, and my own experience, even if they are listed on the website it may not scan properly. You could call ahead, but if not, definitely ask before ordering.

    Thanks Op. after looking at the comments, I asked the staff to first scan the QR codes before I order & it went through without any issues. Good timing as I have received the birthday offer from eat fresh club making it a Foot long with 2 drinks

    • Was your "Eat Fresh Club" Birthday offer honoured? We cant login to the old Eat Fresh Club, so how do you activate your offer? Its a fail, they shouldn't have sent the Birthday email (From Eat Fresh Club). I have got it too, but I wonder if the store will honour it.

      Any tips?

        I just tried and I can login to eat fresh account online and can still see my birthday offer pending to be activated.

  • No app. My CC details are not required for a free sub. You shouldn't be asking.

  • actually won't miss going to subway, even if it was just once a year. if it isn't problems with their website and trying to determine which stores are participating, it's the sub-standard, rude service at many stores.

    first store i went to to claim my free sub & drink, i asked the woman straight away if they were participating in this new subcard program. she saw the printout of the email i had in my hand and immediately said they didn't accept the paper. wasn't even going to scan it to see if it worked, just flat out refused to accept printouts. do they actually think printing out the email means i can go and claim infinite free 6 inch subs?

    next store i went to i was greeted with the same grim, mumbling service (those two women must be related). at the counter, i presented my printout and the woman snatched it out of my hand and stared at it. she didn't know what to do with it, even though the new scanner was sitting there right under her nose. i gently suggested she scan it. the scanner beeped and blinked green but she claimed the system wasn't accepting it. condescendingly ordered me to come around and look at her screen, she said the voucher "didn't work." her co-worker, also an arrogant c u next tuesday, told me it was because i had used it before. i scoffed at him and asked him how it was possible when i'd just printed it out this afternoon. he was so sure of himself, he put through the order again, scanned my voucher again and what do you know, the order came to zero. they couldn't hide the look of disappointment on their faces lol.
