I use this protein. Its a hella good price.

Rep I thought shippoing was free for Club Z members?
All good - corrected itself in a different browser.

    • Hi Mavis - okay great. I just checked on my end too but it seems to be applying free shipping. Any issues please reach out.

  • Any flavour recommendations?

      Ive only tried chocolate.
I mix 1 scoop with only about 200ml of water and its easy and quick to drink

  • You have my upvote for having a short ingredient list, no "patented blend" and good price for WPI.

The "references" are a bit tacky. Seems to be an industry gimmick. They're not studies relating directly to your product. It is a generic study of the ingredients and you have not even cited any studies/results in your description.

Also, your reference is not accessible to to those who may be inclined to investigate.

You are correct in that the description on our website references ingredients within the product itself. We haven't conducted any studies on our product. Appreciate the feedback though, there is room for improvement of the description on the product page.

Woot, have been looking for a protein powder sweetened with Stevia at a reasonable price

  • $8 "heavy order surcharge" for 3 x 1kg bags to Perth? Not cool.

    • Is it Perth metro? What is the postcode? I think this is related to a system issue combined with a recent price rise for shipping. If it's Perth metro this shouldn't be the case and we can fix this up for you.

Yeah Perth metro. Have PMed you, thanks.

        • Thanks for fixing this for me.

  • Any chance you guys will ever cut back on the spam you send.

2-3 order confirmations on every order

Almost every time i look at a product i get an email like " I just noticed that you took a look at the Amino Z Whey Protein Isolate. Did you need any help?"

Your order has shipped. Couple of hours later - did your order arrive safely… on top of the SMS alerts for the exact same thing.

I have something like 24 emails from you in under a month and i've only made 2 orders in that time.

As a side note. Flavors are all pretty good. Powder doesn't go as thick as some other brands when you're adding an extra scoop or two to a smaller amount of water.
Only negative is that a serving is not one scoop. It's something like 1.2 scoops.

    • Hi Drater thanks for the feedback here. We do send a number of order followups to ensure that the parcel arrives without issue (and if there is a problem we can then jump on it). But we are currently re-working the notifications so we don't send too many updates following an order.

Can I ask, what types of emails would you prefer? Invoice, shipment/tracking, check-up that it was received?

Also would you mind PM'ing me your email so I can check in our system to see our log of emails sent? 24 seems quite high for two orders, maybe we have a glitch that I've overlooked.

      Thanks in advance.

  • $240 for 10kg

Or I can get pure product for $180 for 10kg through eBay with codes

This is ok pricing but not great.

    • I'll be honest in saying that you'll always be able to find a cheaper WPI. Our WPI is unique based on the points raised above - tastes great, high quality, naturally sweetened, soy free. If you wanted to go cheaper still you can likely get an unflavoured bag of 20kg WPI (though it might be quite cumbersome to carry around!!). I wouldn't recommend ours if you're looking for the absolute cheapest out there, but we're definitely in the ball park considering that our typical WPI will sell for around $140-$150 for 3kg.
