        The only side people end up using haha Just the grating side. I've been using the box grater for this and it turns out alright. It's never gonna have the same texture as rice but it's close enough.

    I use my food processor and pulse. You can also do a good mashed cauliflower as a replacement for mashed potato.

  These are grate, but there are no name versions on eBay from about $5 that have the same precision cut blades. We have had one for several years and it has held up well.
