I believe that you can’t sign up for Netflix with iTunes credit, however, if you have an existing subscription it will be still billed via iTunes.
In an incredibly roundabout way - you have to go through subscriptions on iTunes I think. Poster below you is saying that's no longer possible, though, so I don't know…
