      We're not a reseller and we manage our own web servers so we can control our own pricing. This is a start up plan for anyone who needs to build a website and have business email quickly. If at any stage you want to upgrade we'd hope that you'd stay with us. Typical upgrade paths would be to WordPress and Office 365 which we are also very competitive with.

    Is it possible to export the underlying website files and move to another service or will I be locked in to your platform?

      The underlying files are published as pure html and can be moved to any other web host. However you will no longer be able to edit them with the website builder once moved. Any web developer can edit your html site files for changes if required.
      Short answer, no you are not locked in.
