how is their meat? anyone tried before?

    • +3

Excellent imo, good enough to make me a return customer. Far better than aldi etc, I suspect aged longer too. Recommend vacuum seal if you need to freeze.

  • I wouldn't even be able to finish all that meat before it went bad lol

  • Real men rub their meat (BBQ style)

  • Code BEST FOR 30% off their chicken at the moment.

    Codes do not stack.

  • Sounds about what it should be priced at RRP haha when compared to local butcher prices

  • This is one beefed up deal.

Did you really just compare Woolworths meat to meat from a butcher?

      • Mate…this is OzBargain!!! Lucky I didn't compare Aldi meat!

I've found Woolworths meat to be pretty good, but it's definitely can be worth spending a little more from a quality butcher. Where did you find 2kgs of sirloin for 32 bucks?

      • +1

They're sirloin club steaks, bone in.
They're on special at wools for $16/kg. They were $14/kg a couple weeks ago. They can have connective tissue in them if you care about that kind of thing.

        • Fair point haha

If you're spending more than $16 a kg on a steak you're probably not having to hustle as much as most of us here haha so gg i guess!
