  • Cool thanks. Do you know what the 16GB RAM options would be?

There are none in the store, but if you contact Dell Ebay they're sometimes nice enough to do custom listings.

I second this if you're after something like that. They have done a custom listing for me before, no issues, and it was done quite quickly too.

Can you apply Ebay code if they do custom listing ei adding 16gb ram?

          Yes.

Keep an eye out on the Dell outlet page.

I managed to get a XPS 13 9380 16gb ram 512gb ssd for $1876 AS NEW not refurbished.

    • How come it was so low despite being new/not refurbed?

      • The outlet just has great deals sometimes. A huge company like Dell just wants to clear old / overstock models fast.

      • All items were still in retail packaging.

The only flaw I could find was the retail box had a small hole on one side near the Dell logo.

I was quite quick and made sure I accessed the live chat at 10am to reserve the item.

        • On which day do they update the listing?

          • @SummerZero: There is no particular day or time, listings get updated regularly.

Best to keep checking for deals.

  • The price is actually $1299. Max discount is $300.

It irritates me more than it should that Dell pad their prices up on ebay to grab half to two thirds of the discount during these supposed 20% off sales.

The same laptop is listed on their own site for $1439 yet it's $1599 on ebay. The 15 inch version I am looking at only ends up $100 cheaper buying through ebay than buying from their own web site, so they get to keep $200 of the supposed $300 discount. Yes it's still $100 off but this smoke and mirrors rubbish is annoying.

    • eBay charge like 21% in fees, so that price is reasonable.

    • I can't find one at 1439 on Dell's website, would you mind posting the link? Thanks
