Update: It looks like Amazon are not fulfilling the entire amounts as described in the description.

Go to your order, click the option for missing part of your order, it will state that you cannot return the order but you can speak or email customer services for a resolution.
I called them and they can see the original description from when you ordered, they will refund the item without you needing to return the products.

I'm happy with that.

Original Post
These are potentially price-errors but I have had success with Amazon before with these. Everything in the description and shipping weights suggest you will get the multiple items, only they've priced them as 1 unit. If they send only 1 then you should be able to claim a refund or voucher etc..

Minimum order of 3 for each item.

More here:

Good luck.

EDIT: Everything Sold Out
Thanks to Akya

Found a very easy way to search what was left. I searched continental x, filtered to show only pantry food & drinks and Amazon AU seller, and sorted by price. Made it easier to add to cart for ShopBack cash back :)

So how long do you think before we get the e-mail saying it was a pricing error? Good thing about amazon is they usually give you a small voucher as a apology.

  • They sent 2 of one of my orders.. we'll see tomorrow or Thursday if it's a single or not lol

    • +1

Same here, I reckon it'll be for the full amount.

      • It's not, they send 2 single packs

    • I've had 2/6 orders ship. The waiting game is on.

  • Got the "we're sorry your order has been delayed - New arrival date 26/08/19" on all three of my orders.

  • +1

Just picked it up, tiny box.. only got 2 in it not 24.. luckily I screenshotted it saying 12

  • +1

They changed the website to say only single packs too lol sneaky as

Edit: refunded, and keep the single packs

    • +1

Yep same haha, called them, refunded the ones that have arrived today and no need to send them back either. Even better bargain! Can't beat free!

      • +1

Strange that they sent them, I was expecting a email of here's some credit instead

        But free is better lol

        • +2

Probably a good thing, would have taken ages to get through 100 odd packs of soup and pasta etc.

  • I ordered "2 of Continental Cup A Soup Hearty Pea & Ham, 2 serves each, 7 x 52g" and only received 2 single packs of 52g soups.

Also ordered "Continental Hot Pot Casserole Base French Onion, 7 x 80g" and only got 1 single pack.

    • +1

Give 'em a call mate, they'll refund you.

    • I received the same. If you speak with Amazon customer service, they'll happily refund you and let you keep the existing items too.

  • +1

I ordered "3 of Continental Cup A Soup Classic Chicken Noodle, 7 x 4-pack (28 serves)" and only received 3 boxes thinking I would receive 7 (although that's not technically correct still, but would have been fine of course).

Got on chat and they are refunding my full money and giving me a $4.99 credit on my account. He said there was a listing error.

I'm guessing the rest of my orders will be wrong too.

  • Looks like mine isn't even sent yet although it was supposed to arrive today.

  • +1

Yep, noticed yesterday, all the listings had been updated…
Guessing I have to wait for them to turn up and then call/email.

  • Mine turned up, 1 of each instead of 5. Called them and it was a description error they are refunding me for all my orders.

  • +1

    Ordered 3 of Continental Simmer Soup Cream Of Chicken, 16 x 45g = 48, received 3 packets.
Gave customer service a call, was offered a full refund with a no need to return as well to help compensate any inconvenience they issued a $10.00 promotional certificate to my Amazon.com.au account.
    Win Win …….

  • 12 soups and a $5 credit. Not bad for a few minutes of work :)

  • +3

6 soups, called and they're refunding and told me to keep the ones I received. Asked why did my "friend" (aka random OzBargainer in these comments) receive credit but I'm not being offered it… so I was put on hold so they could get a credit approved for my inconvenience (to spend with Amazon AU items).

I asked if it'll be automatically refunded for everyone affected but they said everyone must contact customer support :/

    • Did you get an inconvenience credit (to spend with Amazon AU items) ?

      • Yea, sorry I didn't make it clear above - typed on my phone.

  • Just logged in to report it and once I chose the order to discuss there is a message saying there has been an error and they will automatically refund the purchase price and to keep the items. Well done if you managed to get a voucher as well.

    • Also have that message when I went through the customer service page. Wondering if I actually need to submit something? There didn't seem to be any confirmation option, I'm guessing the refund will be automatic.

  • -1

My second order was incorrect too. Got a refund of course and the operator was extremely reluctant to offer any sort of credit. He said the compensation was the fact I got to keep the items.

  • Got a huge box delivered today. It contained 3 cup a soups, and 3 recipe bases.
Surely it mustn't have been economically feasible to ship it like that.

  • I had a look on my amazon account, on their contact us page and found this.

We've noticed an error we made in regards to the Continental Cup A Soup Classic Chicken Noodle 40G you purchased as part of this order.

The title listed this as a multi-pack, however, the item was actually a single unit.

We're sorry for any inconvenience this has caused. To help make up for this, we're refunding you the amount you paid for this item.

Completed refunds information can be viewed in Your Account once you've received a confirmation e-mail from us. You can view completed refunds in Your Orders (https://www.amazon.com.au/your-orders) by selecting “Order Details”.

Once your refund has been completed by us, please allow your bank between 2-10 business days to process it.

    Thanks for your understanding.

    • -1

You have got to contact them early before the hoard get in and be very nice to them like "Thank you for the refund but I would have preferred to get the packets of soup instead of the refund" to get any inconvenience credit.

    • -1

Same for me … refund showing on "contact us".

    • Yeah I just got emailed multiple times.
Looks like I'm not getting any inconvenience credit.

  • +1

Called up today, they gave me $10 credit and looking at refund in 1-7 days

    • they stuffed up my refund. So i got onto them, got another $10 credit. So $20 credit and now full refund….
