It looks like the referral bonus is back!
I'm not sure when it's until this time, just noticed that the page is back up when I logged in!
The link says $50 but on the 'Earn more' tab after you log in it says $75.
So I would argue that you can get the extra $25 if you stick your ground and complain about false advertising.

$50 for referrer and $50 for referee after investing $1,000 in the 5-year income market.
When I log in it says $75.
So I would argue it if they only gave out $50
