I'm assuming if my mortgage is already with ANZ, this offer is not available for me?

    • Hi drose1,

This offer is for new lending only.

There are however a number of lenders offering very generous rebates as well.

      Please email me to discuss.

      Best Regards,
      Nick

      • Hi Nick. Just to clarify, does 'new lending' mean a new loan into ANZ (refinanced from another bank) or new home loan customer.

Ie. I have a loan with ANZ already, and one with ING. Would I qualify if I brought the ING one over?

Edit. I take from your below response to ndeo I would not qualify. Could you please confirm though

        • Hi Mick123,

As an existing customer bringing additional debt from another financial institution would make you eligible for this offer.

If you have any questions, please feel free to get in touch.

          Best Regards,

          Nick

  • Can I refinance with the same lender?

    • Hi ndeo,

You can refinance with the same lender however this offer is for new to bank lending only with ANZ.

Feel free to get in touch as there are a number of other lenders offering rebates of $2,000 as well.

      Best Regards,
      Nick

  • 3.31% is pretty high.

    • Hi onetwothree,

This rate is very competitive amongst the major banks.

We are currently negotiating from variable rates as low as 3.18% with tier 2 lenders.

Please feel free to get in touch with any further questions.

      Best Regards,

      Nick

Is this offer region specific ie nsw because it would be hard for someone from interstate to take up the offer

    • Hi 4tran,

Here at Azura Financial we operate nationally and can have your ID verified in your local branch.

We have many clients that live internationally as well.

Feel free to get in touch.

      Best Regards,

      Nick

have the banks relaxed their requirements for new loans? in terms of papwerwork.

    • Hi Blackwalnut,

Paperwork is more or less the same.

We try to guarantee a smooth refinance as long as all documentation is provided at the time of application.

      Best Regards,

      Nick

Can you do better then 3.31%?

    I'm on 3.27% with nab.

    • Hi thydzik,

We are currently negotiating from rates as low as 3.18% so we can definitely compete with NAB.

      Look forward to speaking soon.

      Best Regards,

      Nick

Sorry but this is a generic deal that any mortgage broker can offer.

I don't want every single mortgage broker posting bank offers on this site. SPAM

    • +2

      Hi Maxo84,

I understand any broker can offer this which is why we have offered to make a point of difference in our offer and cover your first 2 years annual fees.

      Best Regards,

      Nick

Have I got a deal for you!!!

    • -1

Do you see the deal duplicated anywhere? Think you've been been eating a bit too much spam mate.

  • you can sweeten this deal by adding cashback.

    • Hi Pyramid,

Would definitely be keen to discuss the possibility of this.

Please get in touch to discuss.

      Best Regards,

      Nick

I had my mortgage through Nick from a previous ozbargain deal. Was transparent throughout the whole process and made it quick and painfree.
Will refinance again in future for sure! Thanks Nick

    • Hi Nanotek,

      Appreciate the kind words!

Look forward to working with you in the future.

      Best Regards,

  • Does ANZ offer a professional package where LVR of 90 or less is required to avoid LMI?

    • Hi Spiff,

      They do indeed.

Banks will have a list of eligible occupations that they can offer LMI waivers to. It is worth noting that these will differ from lender to lender.

If you could please get in touch I will be able to confirm whether or not you would be eligible with ANZ.

      Best Regards,

      Nick

  • Not too bad, unfortunately I cant refinance to avoid LMI as currently requiring +- 84%. Subject to valuation by bank

    • Hi Countmein,

Would love to be of assistance in the future.

More than happy to also order a valuation for you to see if your property value has increased.

      Best Regards,

      Nick

  • Do u offer additional cashback from commission along with the bank cashbacks?

Also if this bank cash back one per customer or one per loan/property?

    • Hi Deal Finder,

The OP states we are happy to cover your first 2 years annual fees (Valued at $790)

An additional cashback may be available based on your loan amount but would need more details first.

If you were looking to refinance a number of properties I would recommend looking at alternate lenders that can secure cash rebates per security. We can achieve sharper pricing than advertised on this post as well.

      Look forward to speaking soon.

      Best Regards,

      Nick

  • Can anyone recommend some good loans ATM? Looking for P&I, and also I only loans(1 being construction). Thanks.

  • Keen for the Qantas points and some extra financial rebate. What's the best offer you guys can do around this?

    • Hi Dgblt,

The OP states we are happy to cover your first 2 years annual fees (Valued at $790)

An additional cashback may be available based on your loan amount but would need more details first.

If you could please email me we will be able to discuss further.

      Best Regards,

      Nick

  • I think generally the bank waive off the first year fee. (Some cases 2 years)

    • Hi Deal Finder,

ANZ do not do this. We are solely trying to sweeten the deal.

      Best Regards,

      Nick

  • most broker will also add cash rebate from his/her commission, I got over $2,000 from $500,000 loan.

    • Would u mind PM me about the broker details?

    • Hi JK5N,

I must admit that this is very very generous from whoever this broker is.

The broker would have given away more money out of his commission than he/she would have taken home.

      Best Regards,

      Nick

Apologies OP for hijacking your post, but our 2c worth- I’m sure Nick is transparent and lovely, but ANZ is not.
Take him up on the offer of helping you but for heavens sake consider another lender… ANZ have tried a few unscrupulous things with us to try and ‘give’ us more money over the years and we’ve personally called them out on hidden fees. They are regularly one of the first to hike up their rates and (until this last RBA cut) one of the last to lower them.
Hubby has been with ANZ for almost 20yrs and he has finally had it- and agreed to jump ship.
(And, no, we’ve not defaulted on any of our loans- we’re just finalizing our refinance so we’re def not in a weak financial position (60% equity)… just don’t agree with ANZ’s methods)

    • Curious on this 'give more money', and 'hidden fees'.

Are we talking receiving a discounted rate, then once you're onboard, they'll jack it up?

Hope you could elaborate on this.

      Thanks
      K

  • OP, just wondering what the refinancing costs will be on an investment loan of $270k, currently with Westpac.

    • Hi BrainWhacker,

On average you are usually looking at refinance costs of $600-$700. I would be happy to look at going 50/50 with you if this would be of interest.

      Best Regards,

      Nick

  • -1

@OP…did you + your own deal?

    • +1

I think every OP automatically + their own deal

    • You would have known that if you'd posted anything in the 6 years you have been a member on this site.

  • Hi Nick, When I click in the link, I can't find any of these new rates you mentioned in your OP. Have the goal posts moved already?

    • Hi eleventyfour,

      The OP states:

We have recently achieved pricing as sharp as the following:

      Variable:
      Owner Occupied: 3.31%
      Investment: 3.76%

      Fixed:
      Owner Occupied: 2YF 3.18%
      Investment: 2YF - 3.59

The rates mentioned are achieved through discretionary pricing requests that we do on our clients behalf.

      Best Regards,

      Nick

  • Nick,

you can't get lower then 3.27% P&I OO variable with ANZ. even without offset?
