  • I'd be expecting 8gb of ram at this spec but it is not listed anywhere I can see - would be good to check this for anyone considering buying.

The eBay pics show Silver version, but no dropdown selection?

Is the RAM soldered on or not? Link ?

  • I wish a different color like silver,

what about this? Still a good value?

    • Nah, no one need DVD reader…. Blue Ray is fine but dvd, so old…

      • Usually just mod the DVD bay into extra HDD storage

Hi OP, how do I get the $60 off you mention in your post please?

  • never mind

  • Does someone know if it’s possible to buy from Ebay and add 3 years warranty through Lenovo website?

    • Hit them up on chat

      • Done that, out of 3 chats 2 operators said it’s possible 1 that I can extend only when I order the computer.

  • Will this stack with the ShopBack $60 bonus? Nevermind already answered.

Nearly bought it but this review tells me to wait for something else https://www.notebookcheck.net/Lenovo-ThinkPad-E590-i7-8565U-…. It’s a i7 here but I suppose the rest it’s the same. Bad screen, slow ssd, mediocre performance, small battery. Excellent price though for a small business use. I need something for porn and this is not.

      +1 for honesty

Exactly, ideal is a great fhd bright screen, and decent speakers. HDD does not need to be huge since files are carefully moved to portable drive. Also a good RAM to keep open multiple Chrome tabs. Ideally cheaper than $1000.

  • Can someone recommend a decent 15.6'/17' laptop with a glossy bright screen (300 nits or more). I need it mainly for multimedia and browsing. Absolutely no gaming. Quick responses appreciated!!
