      They should be covered by the delivery guarantee - let eBay know and they should give you some credit.

        Both of them just list estimated delivery dates (today for sodastream, monday for towels), not guaranteed.

          it's late delivery in the options. after the report, they will automatically send you a code of 10 dollar voucher.

    Because all bday deal item are ebay plus item and as a plus member you eligible to get free delivery
    Same if you didnt get the item in 20$ deal code not working also raise complaints

    Have cases opened for both Sodastream and towels as still not received. Towels apparently sent Monday this week, but tracking doesn't work. Sodastream seems to have been sent LAST monday but got stuck/lost in Melbourne Aus Post depot. Who knows though, very odd.
