    Maybe can register Wednesday AM? Last year was:
    The offer was able to be saved to eligible AMEX cards between 00:01 (AWST) 30 October and 23:59 (AWST) 30 November 2018, or when the offer registration cap of 130,000 Cards was reached.

        That doesn't assist in determining:
        a) whether they will allow Myki top-ups by Amex; and
        b) whether they will charge a fee.

        That's where the collective intelligence of OZB assists.

          yeah but as an active user you should probably try to assist the community with some raw intel as well.

          Also if your local has not charged a fee theres no reason as to why they would specifically for the promo. When setting up Amex, merchants are generally offered 2 different fees. 1st (the higher) would be if they are expected to charge transaction fees and 2nd (lower) would be to encourage merchants to forgo any transaction fees between they are the customer i wouldn't imagine they would change their rules seasonally.

    I got the offer on my supp at 3.30am, but my primary one kept getting the "no offer available" message no matter how many times I refreshed the page. Went back to sleep, tried again at 4.40am and it worked. I used both desktop and mobile webpage.

    rookie Q - I can register my primary cards via the amex app.
    I usually rely on the OzB community for the manual link for my secondary cards.
    Is there another way?!?

      Make an account for your supplementary cards. I just do it so it's like the following:
      - Amex1
      - Amexs1 (being your supplementary card)
      - Amex2 (being your second primary card)
      - Amexs2

      or something like that
