            @nikoris: If you had an objective view I would, you can't seem to accept it here (or on Whirlpool) that people are happy with their Pixel 1/2/3 phones and the price that they paid for them.

            You've been shown on Whirlpool time and time again that what you think is 'essential' is not what people want or care about when they purchased a Pixel.

            You are currently in 'the penalty box' on Whirlpool and can't post so it appears you're bringing your rubbish here instead?

              I just stated my opinion and look at your reaction - thats why i got the penalty box on whirlpool. Its just pixel fanboys (or just google fanboys) that cant tolerate criticism and react badly that had them remove me from the forum.

              Pixels are overpriced and offer way too little compared to other real flagships.
              Battery capacity, innovation, charging speeds, displays, design, software, audio, vfm…. in all these aspects pixels are nowhere near the top of the pack. On the other hand you have the bathtub notch and the hideous bezels!!
              All these are objective.

      that's because it's not how many gmail accounts you have, its whether or not you've selected to receive promo emails in the google store that matters. go to the google store website with any/all your gmail accounts and tick "receive promos" in the settings and voila

    Almost the same specs as the LG V40, with fewer cameras, no expandable storage and $150 more. But still an amazing price for a phone that gets a lot of love for updates and the camera.

          Believe it or not I still use the G2 I bought back in 2013. Running Lineage so it’s still super smooth and lag free. The metallic frame has completely disintegrated and the LG logo stuck on the back is long gone. Amazingly, I still get a day out of the battery!

      Pixel 4 might be the actual upgrade for a Pixel 2 however at this price Pixel 3 is definitely worth considering. I mean 4 would probably be 1.2k or something.

      You can do hand gestures on Pixel 4 for example, which for me i don't care much for. 4 will probably have the usual improvements like camera, speed.
      Pixel 3 is still a great phone for this price.

    Please be warned there is a huge issue with the Pixel 3 (non XL)

    I upgraded from the 2 XL 6 months ago and I had constant complains that I'm breaking up and that they cannot understand what I'm saying. Same problem when I use the included headphones. Speakerphone was the worst (and the one I use most often)

    I finally got my work to order me another one (This time the 3XL) and it's fantastic.
