        they answered my call but advised they cannot change colour but they can cancel the order, and after a few hours the code should work again but I didn't cancel the order, by the time the code work again the note 10+ might out of stock again.

        Anyways the Black still look awesome though, I keep my order :)

    just to let you guys know that Samsung can take a long time to post the item, I ordered the 5g model last Thursday for my brother, but the order status is still "processing" and they still haven't sent it. I rang them they said they are having stock issue and don't know when my item will be shipped.

      I've claimed price protection with 28 Degrees for my OLED TV with both success and failure.

      If the deal's open to everyone, it's been successful (2 successful claims, 1 included an eBay discount code which was open for everyone to use).

      If the deal is limited to people in some way (ie membership required), claim may be rejected (1 rejected claim against a price listed at Costco, reason being that which I mentioned).

      Obviously YMMV, but this is just what I've experienced.

      That said, entire claim process takes about a week to two weeks from first contact to when you receive the money.

      May as well lodge a claim, worst case scenario they reject your claim and you're in the same boat as you're in right now.

          Yeah, which is why my guess is any claims for this would get rejected, but who knows.

          Worth lodging in any case though, the worst that can happen is the claim gets rejected.

      seeing they dropped price this year on the mainstream model cuz sales are dropping, i think they are just charging wat people r willing to pay. if i was tim cook i'd do the same thing, i thought they were going for the "im just better than u even though im not, so im more expensive" attitude like with many luxury brands. blame the isheep for apple being so expensive.

        Yeah. I agree. I was Apple user for whole life but I changed the ship when note 9 was out. It was not so hard to move from ios except all apple photos are not in date order.
        I find Apple photo quality and organising photos in the album are way better than Note 9. Other than that, I can't justify spending over $2000 on Apple smartphone.

    It's so hard to resist such a good price. Considering I will probably buy a new phone next year, the Note 10+ for $1039, minus $300 for my S8 takes it to $739. I'd probably end up paying ~$500 for a new phone any way next year…gah I need to stop talking myself in to new tech. Who else is with me on that…!

        they cannot give another code i already asked them on live chat and on the phone, they can cancel the order though, they said once order cancel the code should be able to work again after minimum of 3 hours, but i am afaird that 3 hours later the note 10+ will be out of stock, so i did not change and keep my order

      Of course you can as long as it's within your student quota (like 5 phones) per year. But the $150 is only a one time discount，no matter how many you buy in one order you are only going to save $150 for the entire order

    Everything is in stock again! I bought the aura black last night but guess I'll send it back, got the aura glow just then! (N10+)

    FYI:

    1. They seemed to have gotten rid of the QFF option.
    2. The promo code can only be used once per account.
    3. The order will always be held for verification, but in my experience it will be shipped next business day.

      They actually have a tracking for your order once it's dispatched. But it's not showing up in your order details for some stupid reason I can't fathom.

      Anyhow if you want tracking, just contact their customer service and give them your order no. They will give you your tracking

        Ordered yesterday on friend's account but with my details. As said above, there's no tracking info on Samsung website.

        However I received an SMS at 10:40am from Startrack with tracking information: Sydney 1800 yesterday, on board for delivery Melbourne 0741 today, so in my case tracking SMS was sent three hours after despatch from Melbourne depot.

      You will get an initial email saying that the order is being reviewed, and that they "may need to contact you" regarding the order. I've used mine and my partner's accounts, and just got the second phone shipped to hers to avoid any unnecessary delays.

      My Aura Black was ordered yesterday, verified this morning at 5am and a shipping notification sent this evening.

    For those that purchased yesterday, and received order confirmation today, did you get tax invoice with yesterday or today's date?

    I am travelling on MEL-SIN, flight is 22nd Nov 01:05, so need tax invoice to be on or after 23d Sep 2019, but the deal expires 22 Sep 2019. So if they review the order and process it following day or later, I'll need to make purchase on final day of this deal…
