    Had to call PayPal. 30min wait. It was a security block. Once they verified it was a legit eBay transaction with voucher code they allowed it through. Max limit 5 cards per 10 days applies though I think. Got 5 * 100 eBay cards for about $408.
    Also ignore warning on shopping cart about delivery address. Click buy now. Don't forget to put in the code.

    So to sum up my experience:
    - Only PayPal can be used for payment, CC's will process, remain pending, and eventually fail and be cancelled
    - PayPal automatically greys out as a payment option for this item through some automated security measure (there is nothing you can do to avoid this, don't waste time creating accounts, VPNs etc.)
    - You can call PayPal to resolve, you may get someone who is willing to help, you might not (they are not obligated to help you here)
    - I got the former, and I was able to checkout through PayPal with their assistance (I assume they removed the automated security measure)
    - PayPal payment will remain pending for a few minutes and then go through, sending you the usual PayPal payment email
    - Gift cards come through via email 10 or so minutes after that

    not working for me. couldn't get paypal to work properly. it used to accept the code. now it won't even accept the code. I think it's over
    edit: scratch that. reloaded and it accepted my code. now I need to contact paypal and see if they can sort it out.

    Opened two new eBay account and two PayPal account using different mobile and UK address…

    First eBay suspended my account as soon as I tried to add gift card.

    Second eBay account they put limit on purchase.😭😭😭😭

    In both eBay account PayPal didn't worked when tried.

    Not sure what is wrong with PayPal 😭😭

    Even eBay don't accept credit cards…!

    VPN used for all above still nothing worked.

    I used previous deals many times without an issue but since last deal …I just can't use it.

      I've noticed some sites err on the side of caution when known VPN IP ranges are used on new accounts. Not saying thats the case here at all, but it's happened to me before on a few other sites. Eventually changed IP pools or even switched off and worked.

    If anyone is desperate for some discount, you can get 9 X $50 eftpos from OW for $412 (8.5% off after fees).

    My PayPal rejected all other eBay gift card payments but let this one through 3 times!

            Half of the rejections in PayPal is because of this seller! It works for other sellers (if your account has been set correctly)

    Just created a new account (at 2:30pm) and bought eBay gift cards successfully.

    Followed instructions here but in step 5 set my (real) home address as primary after adding it. Failing to do that made it say I need both eBay and PayPal accounts to buy gift cards or something to that effect.

    Gift cards arrived 10 mins after payment

          Firstly, since this thread was started, things have changed regarding the use of Big W egiftcards. You can no longer use the Big W egiftcards in Woolworths or other stores outside Big W.

          Big W plastic physical cards can still be used at other Woolworths group stores.

          To use an egiftcard instore you need to choose the egiftcard payment method at self serve or tell the checkout operator you are using an egiftcard. Type in the number of the card, the number of digits varies depending on the type of egiftcard. Press enter and then type in the PIN of the giftcard. Some egiftcards have a different card number depending on whether you use them instore or online. You'll need to print a copy of the egiftcard in order to use it instore or copy the relevant numbers onto something and check them when using the card.

    Knowing I used the max 5 last UK deal opened fresh a/c successful on 3 cards 1 st order .
    Blocked trying to get last 2 cards with PP message Something went wrong . Please try to checkout again .

    Once that message is in play that PP a/c is blocked as I found out with another fresh account .

    Next onto another PP account :)

    Have registered address as UK and Postal as Australia. Seems like those details worked before but now doesn't recognise POUNDSOFF

    After 50 mins on hold with PayPal, they told me that their security is blocking the transaction and she's not able to manually override it??
    Was told to
    1) make the purchase outside of PayPal (I said that wasn't possible)
    2) make the purchase at a later time
    3) contact the merchant

    … not very helpful. Not particularly interested on listening to hold music for another 45 mins. Other people that verified their PayPal via contacting customer service… how did you get it done?

    ok i finally got it to work.

    I got stuck after trying to select my paypal account, it gave me the error that didn't allow me to continue with Paypal.

    At this point, i called Paypal, after 50mins on hold, i got a friendly guy who just sent me an SMS to verify my account with a 6 digit code, then he asked me to try again and BOOM it worked!

    FYI PEOPLE: When i first called paypal, i got a rude lady who would not help at all, so this is really random luck. First time i called i waited 15mins, 2nd time i called i waited 50 mins, good luck.

    Unfortunately i couldn't buy $1000 worth, was only able to get $250 worth with $45.91 discount. Still better than nothing.
