Greetings everyone, I just spotted this over at MyDealz and seems like an awesome deal on a newly released game!

The listing states that this is DLC only, however according to many reports, when actually redeeming the code it gives the full game!

I believe you need to redeem on either phone or the Xbox, DO NOT redeem on the PC!, can redeem on PC also.

Thanks to Sharyingh, the PS4 version is also $5.49 curently and apparently redeems as the full game.

Seems like PS4 might only be the DLC unfortunately.

      When you bought it, it clearly stated it was the Gold DLC, so cdkeys is not at fault.

      Just worked for me too. I purchased 5 mins ago, clicked link in the email and then redeemed the code. Now have EA SPORTS™ FIFA 20 Standard Edition in my purchase history. Yay!

    Did quick checkout with PayPal at 1:40pm and got the code instantly for Xbox. Redeemed via the Xbox App at 1:41pm for the Standard Edition. Done.

      It's a glitch and wrongly appears as'EA SPORTS™ FIFA 20 Standard Edition' in the purchase history, but as per live chat support person the electronically coded product on the PS Store system is just a FIFA 20 DLC pack, you would still need the actual game to play and use the DLC.

      from this thread it looks like no one on ps4 got it successfully- the original deal was posted first on slickdeals and it only worked for Xbox users

    Talked to Playstation support on live chat, told that the redemption code was only for FIFA 20 Pre-order DLC content and not for the actual game, even though it shows up as "EA SPORTS™ FIFA 20 Standard Edition". He said I will still need to receive a physical copy of the game from the retailer to play the game.

        On my purchase history under my account in the PS Store, it also says 'EA SPORTS™ FIFA 20 Standard Edition' but apparently it's coded as a DLC in the PS Store.

    If it helps anyone, I redeemed it on the Xbox phone app, but it wasn't in my download queue.
    I had to go to the store on my console, go to FIFA 20 and click "install".

    Can confirm this just worked for me too, as at 2:35pm. Bought via Paypal, received the download code in email, entered it on my console and the Standard edition is now downloading.

      I think it was a Microsoft error with the codes. The price was set by CD Keys to capitalise on the mistake… the pricing was only a few bucks initially.

        It's been fixed on Xbox. You're now getting the pre-order DLC and not the full game.
        It will be interesting if M$ starts to revoke the full access to the game for people that purchased the DLC bonus from CD Keys. Would suck to have paid $37 for $5 worth of pre-order junk.
