  Great concept.
  Here is an idea. As a prospective client I want to check if the cleaning service available in my postcode, but when checking on the website "find your jarvis" it redirects me to a log in page.

    Thanks Tool, really appreciate the kind words!

    We're currently building out a "heat map" feature on our website that will allow people to visualise where we operate and whether we're in their area. For the time being unfortunately the fastest way would be to go via the app and confirm with the team (because it's also heavily dependent on the visit length itself).     Thanks for the question Cray! We don't supply specialised cleaning equipment (for example steam cleaning equipment) however we are able to supply regular vacuum cleaners. We're typically set up as more of a regular cleaning service :)

  Quick question, how long do i need to sign up for as a minimum ? I notice one off pricing is $45 per hour but wants to know if i book your service for 2 months on a fortnighly basis, is that deemed as one off or will i get the usual $35 per hour pricing ?

  And do you do Saturday ? My postcode is 2207.

    Hi Obiwanmy! We do operate in your area on Saturdays, although we typically have a 2-2.5 hour visit minimum. Fortnightly visits for two months would also be charged at the $35 rate. Hope this helps, and don't hesitate to reply if you have any more questions!

      Stahh $25 is what we pay and $35 is what we charge - that difference covers our customer service team, insurance, development and a few other costs.

    Hi Huwcar - yes we do operate in your suburb!

    For the subscription service, we do everything we can to ensure that the same person visits your home each time. In the event that your housekeeper is sick or leaves our platform, we'll always let you know in advance, and also give you the option to have us organise a substitute for you to ensure that your service can continue to run seamlessly.

      Another question if I may - can occasional cleaning be done as part of the regular subscription on an as needed basis? For example, one time the oven, one time fridge, etc.

        Yep we support that (and actually encourage it!)

        For ad hoc visits like that, while we can't always guarantee the same person will be able to visit, we'll always let you know your options in advance (including getting someone else to come in for an ad hoc visit, or moving visit days/times to accommodate your housekeeper visiting).

    We certainly do! Although because it's slightly outside our typical operating area, we have a 3 hour visit minimum.
