      Note 10, 10+ supports USB-PD with Note 10+ needing USB-PD 3.0 with PPS to get max fast charge capability.

      The charger included in the pack is the old travel charger. It supports Samsung AFC (9V), Samsung 5V 2A. I cannot remember whether it supports QC 2 (9V) and I do recall it doesn't have the Apple 5V 2.4A coding (so it is not ideal to use it on an Apple iPad and probably not a good idea to use it on an iPhone either). This charger is really designed for Samsung devices.

      S10 - this charger is fine. Note 10/10+, the charger will operate in 9V Samsung AFC I reckon, but you probably prefer the 25W Samsung charger. Please also bear in mind that given that Note 10+ requires USB-PD 3.0 with PPS, make sure you get a properly coded cable with e-marking done properly, not just any dirt heap USB-C cable (or honestly, stick with original cable). Most cheap USB-C cables are likely not have any e-marking, especially USB 2.0 USB-C cable (which does not even need e-marking).

      Have the LED view cover for S9+. It is nifty in terms of features, but not ideal for protection.

    These are MicroUSB cables with USB-C adapters, NOT USB-C with MicroUSB adapters.

      It doesn't really matter in this case because the other side is USB-A anyway - which basically means any USB-C specific features (i.e. USB-PD) is not possible.

        Personally I don't mind, but with MicroUSB on the way out I'd rather it be the other way around. Still does the job though. (I bought these the last time they came up through Catchoftheday)

          A USB-C to MicroUSB converter is no better either. It means you still have devices needing MicroUSB. It's still a USB 2.0 converter.

          The reality is USB-C / USB-C cables and converters are currently a mess, with cheap ones basically milking customers and most being poor quality.

          The new standard, USB-C PD 3.0 with PPS makes sense, but it's good and bad. The standard requires proper cable (so those dirt cheap USB-C cables won't be able to support USB-PD 3.0) so it will be safer. The bad part is most people don't have a good understanding of USB-C cables.

            @netsurfer: I understood what you said the first time, but it doesn't change what I said, I'd rather not have the adapter. All I'm saying is that the packaging/Samsung branding on these is misleading and they are not USB-A to USB-C cables. I currently have zero chargers or computers with USB-C ports anyway, just our phones and my camera have USB-C ports.

    Did anyone receive their orders? Placed an order on 02.10 and so far just received the tracking details which auspost still show as "pending, no scans yet". A bit disappointing considering i am about 20km away from them.
