Had a couple drinks and read that as Shake and Bake!
It's Katoomba Roti $7.69 its the good stuff so much better then the square fresh stuff, and a heap cheaper. Much much closer to the real stuff.
Any idea on the expiry of the Katoomba Roti like would they last maybe 6 to 12 months in the freezer and still taste ok?
Thinking about maybe stocking up on some as honestly they are really good just no idea on their longevity in the fridge or freezer and expiry dates on this batch.
Easy 12mths. Our almost finished batch (they’d be ~3mths) have exp Mar 2021 on the packet.
We’re going through them quickly as my v.v.clever missus discovered that they make awesome pie pastry for the cheap kmart pie maker. We’ve been having leftover roti-pies all winter (Thai chicken curry, bolognese, butter chicken, etc). The roti is just the perfect size and it holds the filling in & puffs up a treat.

Wish Costco delivered I would be stocking up on the Katoomba Roti big time.

This seems like the next best thing especially if you need delivery since I can't find any place else that delivers Roti Paratha or the prices of Roti Paratha at offline local stores.
It costs 33% more or $2.55 extra using Radhe Online prices but if your order is above $50 delivery is free anywhere in Sydney.
