Pixel 4 out. These will drop heaps

IMO knock another $100 off all of these and people will bite. 2XL refurb really needs to be sub-$300 I reckon.

  • Neg for seller practice's. Waited a whole week for a phone case, when it arrived I had to pay extra shipping costs. Seller not responding to email

    • I ordered a Samsung Gear fit 2 and a Note 8 LED case from them before. They did take about a week from them to arrive but doesn't need to pay extra shipping. What's the reason for extra shipping fee?

    • We apologise for your experience. Please email your concern at [email protected] if you haven't emailed here yet. Thank you.

      • I did on the 11.10.2019 and received on the 12.10.2019 the following response. Obviously nobody had the time to actually read my mail. Order number was 20584

"Your opted for free shipping, and we used Australian Post standard
delivery service to send the product to you, which usually takes 3 - 5
business days. Sorry that it took the services over a week to deliver
your item, however, we do not have any control over the time frame of
which items are sent to our customers, as it is Australia Post's
responsibility to deliver to their customers on time. If you wanted your
item delivered faster, you should've opted for express delivery services
        instead.

        Regards,

        Phonebot"

        • We are so sorry for your experience. Let me forward this to my team and sort it out. Thanks!

          • @erroorfree: Just letting you know that your team is very slow. After nearly two weeks from your reply nobody has even messaged me…

Correct me if I'm wrong but the Pixel 3's had a shocking track record for reliability.

    • i think that is Pixel 2.

      • Nope …. it was also the Pixel 3

        • pixel 3 is worst in terms of its Battery performance. get Pixel 3a instead or 3xl or 3a Xl

    • Need a new phone but not sure I about quality of these, don’t want another doggy phone that over heats or slow down over short periods. Might look at samsung or iPhones in terms of reliability in my opinion
