I think like most people, you read wrong - this is 200 bonus VELOCITY POINTS per 2000 FB points transferred (2000 FB points gets you 870 VFF points usually). This is an extra 70 VFF points compared to the 15% deal, effectively being 23% (on the base 870 VFF points per 2k FB points).
I think this is probs the best deal in the VFF/FB transfer history, provided you do meet the "shop at 3 partners" criteria

Still not good value in comparison to WW & Qantas. 2k Woolworths points now gets you 1000 qantas points from 870 before.
Even with 200 bonus points per 2000 flybuys transferred equates to 957 velocity points. Flybuys when you will match your competitor and remove these gimmick criteria? Your competitor offers more points for less work…
Standard rate is 870 points per 2000 flybuys transfer so you are getting 1057 points per 2000 transfer.

Been waiting for a 20% bonus deal again but the highest there’s been in recent times has always only been 15%. This works out at 23% but a shame it’s capped to 138,000 flybuys points
per annum. Does anyone know when this runs out or is it just standard from now on?

So much work for little bonus with capped amount transfer compared to WW. Very confusing description, so in plain English, there are 3(4) shops that you need to do to trigger this bonus.
The optimum use of this deal cannot be made by teetotalers
They can always gift the alcohol they buy, or purchase some overpriced soft drinks, ice bags or snacks that chickenface has linked to.

I transferred 46000 points in a 100 bonus point offer two months ago and they gave me just 100 points for the entire lot, not the 2300 to which I was entitled. Have sent them an enquiry and had no reply. Anyone else ever had this issue? I will try calling them but last time I did that it was very difficult to get them to understand what I was on about.

I'm surprised this offer hasn't gained more traction. This is the highest flybuys to velocity transfer rate ever offered, even if you have to work a little to get it (spend at 3 stores, $10 per store). Best to keep receipt copies in case the bonus doesn't come through, or perhaps Flybuys knows and it will say on the website when you transfer that you're eligible?

Further to my previous comment (see above) I called them and they told me that it is 100 bonus points per transfer!!! When I asked if they mean that you should transfer all your FB points (potentially 138000) in separate 2000 points transfers, I was told Yes, that is what I should have done!!!
As they have been of no use via their feedback oage or via phone, have messaged them via their FB page. Apparently they are "looking into it"

Per transfer sounds incorrect. Here is the wording from the T&C's:

Spent a minimum of $10.00 per retailer on an eligible purchase ($20.00 overall) in two of the participating retailers to earn 150 bonus Velocity Points for every 2,000 flybuys points transferred to your linked Velocity account; or
Spent a minimum of $10.00 per retailer on an eligible purchase ($30.00 overall) in three of the participating retailers to earn 200 bonus Velocity Points for every 2,000 flybuys points transferred to your linked Velocity account.
The way that's written suggests to me that the number of transfers does not matter and you shouldn't have to transfer in 2000 point blocks. Would be good to have extra confirmation though.
I guess it depends upon your interpretation of "for every 2,000 flybuys points transferred".
If you transfer 20,000 points (for example) shouldn' that mean bonus points for every 2,000 = 10 x the bonus?
they seem to have changed the postion to indicate it is not targetted. it would be much better if you could get confirmation you have met the conditions before transfering all the points.
Wow… this now makes sense - not in a good way :). I did 7 x transfers during the promotion period and got 700 bonus points. 6 of 7 transfers were 2000 FB points each - so nothing lost here. But the last transfer was more than 20k FB points, and I only got 1 x 100 bonus pts for that. I have the offer email from 6 Aug:
"The Bonus Points offer is not transferrable, and is only available to the named recipient of this email and/or members that receive the offer in the flybuys app and/or members that receive the offer on the flybuys website. For the promotional period Tue 6 Aug to Sat 31 Aug 2019, linked households will receive 100 bonus Velocity Points for every 2,000 flybuys points transferred to Velocity Frequent Flyer Points."
I never thought transfers need to be separated in to blocks of 2000 points each! When I called FB call centre, they asked me to contact Velocity since the bonus points are velocity points. I then contacted Velocity and they advised my issue needs escalation which can take 5 business days to process.
I hope the latest offer differs from this!

Then : Go to flybuys app. Transfer 2000 points. Get 200 bonus.

I finally got an email back from Velocity and they have said that there was a problem with the August promotion and that some members did only receive 100 points per transaction but they are working to rectify it and the correct balance should be in your Velocity account in 3-5 days. So if you were affected keep an eye on your points balance.
I've just tried my first transfer and it only showed 870 points.I was told by the help desk it can take up to 24 hours for the points to come through. Did anyone get any sort of notification that the extra points would apply?

Members should allow up to 6 weeks after 31 October 2019 for the bonus Points to be allocated.

This is my understanding too, but the trouble is there appears to be no way to confirm you have met the criteria before you transfer all your points - 2000 at a time. I was told that it will show 870 at the flybuys end but will show as a bonus on velocity in roughly 24 hours. So far I'm not seeing my bonus points on velocity. I do agree this is somewhat of a debacle.

I did, but I waited until the 3 lots of flybuys showed up in my flybuys account and then did 21 x 2,000 point transfers just to be sure. Didn't take long.

No, flybuys points in my flybuys account to evidence my spend in Coles, First Choice and Liquorland. Bonus velocity point won't come through for up to 6 weeks after 31 Oct.
Just wanted to clarify that after pushing them, and struggling to get a straight answer about the August points, my missing bonus points (2200) finally arrived in my Velocity account.
Let's hope that they get it right this time around. Although I cannot even get the FlyBuys website to do the transfer this morning!

We will make a class action if they don't cough up. I think if we have the evidence on the flybuys account that the 3 transactions happened, it will be fine.
Not sure how they reflect it because Coles Online and Coles shopping for the same shop only reflect with the shop name in Flybuys account. Hopefully they configure it correctly.

I would send a request on December 13 if the bonus points don’t arrive or arrive incorrectly. They have allowed a 6 week period in the terms and conditions.

Mine says 22 Nov (definitely wasn't in there this side of the 22nd), but it shows the "process date" of today, so looks like they only just arrived.
And the bonus is correct, they lumped it all together (I did 12x transfers).
