          Too late now, but what I meant was: if he wants to pick it up in person anyway, phone them, check the item is in stock, and there's your 'cash and carry'. i.e. Go there and buy it.

      Should be able to (gift card is like any other payment type). Just need to be a club member and spend $20. I used barcode image in store last night (I didn't get email as I turned them off). They used my mobile number to look up my club membership.

    For me it seemed to only apply to items that are over $20 and do not have a 'club price' or are on sale

    Edit: if you add a non-sale item into the cart as well it works.

      Did some searching around on pricehipster and it appears that this is the cheapest thing priced at $1.
      Or if you are looking for something that's 'useful' beanies are available for a bit more.
      It's getting closer to summer so beanies may not be the best idea…

      Not if the nearest store is 1 hour drive away, the petrol alone costs a lot more, not even mentioning the waste of time.

      That said: I'm having a hard time finding anything that's worth the $10 postage even if the item becomes free after the $20…

        No, $10 delivered for each bottle. I used 2 different accounts. After adding it to the cart it comes up as $29.99, apply the discount and it comes down to $9.99.
