The Mavic 2 Zoom from DJI is a professional quality film making drone that gives you the ability to get closer to the action, thanks to its 2x 24-48mm optical zoom camera with a 1/2.3" 12MP sensor.     The Bunnings spinning wheel thing on my order has been turning for about 90 minutes now. Paid with PayPal - have a single PayPal email but also have two pending charges of $298 on my credit card. I'll just tell them I'll take two of them, save them reversing it

    Advised item is "suspended" at the moment.

    Went to a Bunnings store and couldn't buy it. Their system says in isolation.
    They also said it was just the accessories not the drone.

    oh wow. so i Called special orders at a local store and was able to order 2, then called again to verify my receipt.

    She said she would send me the receipt, but that she just now tried to order one for another customer and herself,and she got the notification that the price went back up to 1700 and that i was 'lucky'.

    Just received a phone call from Bunnings. Advising that the price was an error and it will be refunded.

    I thanked her for her effort.

    Ordered at 8am (received confirmation email right after). The store for picked up is the Brunswick Sydney road store. The call came from the pick up store (not headquarter).

    And I feel bad for the poor girl who would spend the rest of her day making the same call.

        Considering they are about to launch a homewares online store to great fanfare, I reckon the last thing they'll want is the negative publicity of a online screw up putting doubts into the punters mind about their online credibility. A $1m loss they could easily find a way to write off wouldn't be so bad in that scenario

            @runamuck: Have you seen what people are like these days? I watched a mother go beserk at a bloke on the bus because he wouldn't move out of his seat and give it to her because she wanted to sit there.

            The sense of entitlement everyone seems to have these days, whether or not Bunnings didn't do anything wrong doesn't count for shit, people will still be up in arms carrying on if this isn't honoured.

          it would be an interesting proposition in Bunnings turning this around and honoring the first x amount at the reduced price for publicity. Its not like price errors don't happen all the time, I wouldn't think consumer confidence would be dented in the least.

    Managed to get to the special order phone line of the second store after a long wait. Was told the price is too low and likely an error and “I was unable to process it over the phone”. Got suggested to order on the website and “we will honour it”. Nice try girl!

    Was in for a ride. Looks like I’m in for a waste of time now. :)

    Just went and purchased one at the Shellharbour store and got the Sale Tax Invoice, hoppefully it arrives in 3-4 days for pick up like the lady at the desk said.

    She also said that a guy just before me purchased 10 for him and his mates :)

    I said mine is just a early Christmas present

    Tried price matching at Westfield Sydney JB and they said they got an email from head office saying it’s a price error.

    Not sure how JB can confirm a Bunnings price error, but either way it was a no from them 🤷‍♂️
