        Mine too… but in the notes for this deal I see this comment 'cashback is calculated after the usage of groupon credit' not sure if this is a new condition they are implementing or has always been there… anyways I just purchased using part credit I.e. Paid $2.7 with Groupon credit and rest on card. Will report back when I see some tracking on the amount.

    When using iOS Shopback app and clicking on the Top Juice promo banner
    It redirects and says "Groupon App not installed"
    then it loads the groupon website

    But when searching "Groupon" and open the Shopback Groupon page
    I can "Go To App" to open "Groupon" app
    I guess something is missing there?

            @tanoshiiki: You can request a refund from Groupon (for the website purchase) and they will refund. They will offer Groupon credit at first, but just say you want a cash refund and they will process.

    Does anyone have trouble launching Groupon through Shopback on an Android device? Pressing "Continue to App" on Shopback doesn't open Groupon. Have tried closing all apps except for Shopback, as well as pre-opening both apps.

    Device: Samsung Galaxy S8
    Latest versions on Play store: Groupon (19.14.198216) and Shopback (2.40.0).
