Can we get the previous 30% off coupon?

Also, price doesn't apply in checkout.

  • Confirm that price showing as $19.99 at check out.

    Oh well, no sale then.

    • Sorry about that, it seems there was a glitch between the timings on here and when it went live on Amazon.

I just checked and it's live, with the discount applied at checkout. That applies to every unit and there's no minimum or maximum.

I tried yesterday when this was first posted.

I tried this later last night.

        I tried just now.

        It never saw it discounted.

Unless you can actually say -when- it was available at that reduced price I'm going to have to conclude you are full of it.

        • If you look below the product image on the Amazon listing page, you can see the following Amazon note:

          Special offers and product promotions:

Save 20% on each and every bottle of SwimSeal! Happy Ears! Here's how (terms and conditions apply)

That makes it clear the promotion is live and is applied automatically at the checkout.

I just checked the stats on Amazon and can see that around 30 people have already successfully had the discount applied.

          • @SWIMSEAL: I went all the way to the checkout and no discount applied.

Can you show me the dates the items were actually discounted?

            • @SirDale: Hello SirDale, this is very strange as it's definitely live! That caption below the image wouldn't be there unless there were a live active promotion. If you email me on [email protected] I'm happy to send you a screenshot of the Amazon Sellercentral page which shows it went live on 22-10-19 at 11pm and expires on 31-10-19 at 1 minute to midnight. It also shows the status as active.

We really would like to get to the bottom of the problem you're having as it's not affecting everyone, and we've never had this before with Amazon globally. I estimate nearly 50 people have used the discounted price since it went live 2 days ago so we really would like you to be able to use it.

Thanks for your patience and your help.

              • @SWIMSEAL: Hi,

It seems to be there now, so I'm guessing I misread it initially :-( - so sorry about that…

However it is still asking for postage…

                Order Summary
                Items: $59.97
                Delivery: $5.99
                Order Total: $65.96
                Promotion(s) Applied: -$11.99
                Order Total: $53.97

despite it supposed to be free shipping over $39…

                • @SirDale: Hello again SirDale,

That's odd as the free shipping over $39 (or for Prime) is a standard Amazon condition which a seller can't vary. ( Take a look at any product under $39 and the free shipping over that value is a standard message on every listing.) I've also looked at the orders processed in the last few days and it looks like free shipping was applied on several which exceeded the $39.

Can we do this? Place your order and if it turns out Amazon wrongly charge you for shipping then let me know and I'll get a totally free additional bottle to you at no cost to you. Then I will take it up with Amazon AU who have excellent seller support.

                  Again, thanks for your patience.

                  • @SWIMSEAL: Hi,

All seems to be ok. I've ordered and the discount was applied. I'm going to have to assume that all of these errors are me being stupid.

                    Thanks for your perseverance!
