Total BS. Was searching through local restaurants, and there were at least 10-15 with no minimum spend. Found what I wanted, went back through CashRewards again (just in case it wouldn't track), and couldn't find the store I wanted to buy from. Also saw that there was now only 1 store with no minimum spend. So I went to buy from that store, reluctantly, and the payment froze (trying to log into PayPal).
Edit: It also says "55 restaurants serving…", but scrolling down, there are only 26 displayed. They have removed access to the other 29 stores…
Edit2: The restaurants magically reappeared about 5-10 minutes later. I still don't trust Menulog and will go back to not using them again. The only use they have to me is quickly searching what takeaway restaurants are around the area
How long until I get my cashback notification email?

Same situation, was browsing then I accidentally closed the browser. Went back in and the restaurant was "closed" but they're opening until midnight. Clicked on it and menulog let me order normally. Weird

Never received a tracking email. It's reassuring that CR has a guarantee but it is annoying that you need to wait 7 days to claim. I guess they are relying on people forgetting.

Out of interest, did you use a coupon code? Did you purchase via the ML app? Do you have plugins such as Honey installed?

I just placed ordered for $25.80 and restaurant declined maybe my spend too low for them.
Anyway saved $25.80 or $15.80.
