      I clicked, read the page, noted I'm not a teacher and don't have a teacher ID #, checked the location wasn't actually convieant for me, then didn't follow thru. So no + vote from me. Expect many others in the same position

    The sign up is now gone and says this. So I assume anyone who has tickets already has to show ID when going. Teachers may still sign up to get tickets via the phone number.

        Teachers get paid shit and contrary to belief many work long hours.

        It's a shame that ozb thought this was a good opportunity to try and jump on board.

          I'll preface this by saying I'm not bagging teachers here at all, they do a a very important job. But I looked up teaching wage tables, in NSW a new grad earns 70k and a proficient teacher 85k-103k. 'Highly accomplished' (whatever that means), head teachers and principals can earn more up to approx 200k for principals. The amounts are similar in other states. I was expecting it to be much, much lower given your description of 'shit' pay.

          They're paid more than nurses, paramedics, police, firefighters and other similarly qualified and important public servants. Who also aren't paid 'shit'.

      It's clearly states it's for teachers which I gather your not so I don't see how you even feel entitled to it!

      It was always going to be a gamble whether they honoured them or not

      You choose to 'waste your time' booking something you weren't entitled too and now going to avoid a company simply because you didn't get something that was directed at others

      You make me laugh
