  • No verification on phone or email. Essentially all you can eat burritos guys and girls.

    • But only if you go to different stores? Not like you can go to the same one with different names. Also the email is on the order wouldn't you be embarassed?

      • agree- if you use the same store multiple times, they may reject you on this especially if you use multiple names. They can clearly detect this at the counter pickup, as they see it as a free item. I wouldnt try this, but once is fine. you could be leaving embarassed and not worth it.
        Go to different stores on different days up to 16/11 is fine(my ones arent close together enough- so different days each one to try)

    Many thanks OP. Had one. Never been to Mad Mex before, was OK. But the highlight was seeing 2 asian's dressed up in costume. As what? Hot Star chicken packet and Bubble Tea Cup…….That make my day.

  • Ordered at about 415pm at QV only to arrive to a closed shop. Apparently they close at 4pm yet the app lets orders go through until 5.

    Now I'm having to chase up with head office to get this resolved.

    Not a good first experience with the app.

  • Can you order at the counter using your member barcode in-app, or do you need to somehow add the coupon through the app as you're ordering (aka must be connected to wi-fi/using data when you're at the store?)

      Yeah you just order at the counter and show them the barcode from the trophy button on the app for a $11.90 discount on the burrito.

    Used it today without issue, but man that was a pretty average burrito.

    Normally a zambrero customer,and that definitely didn't convince me to change :/

    Everyone was using the app, ordering was easy but I had to speak with about 4 different staff members so it could be hard to go back and not have them recognise you.
    As above, pretty average burrito. Not really worth having a second one but it is still food after all.

    So bland. So, so bland.. I can't believe people waste their hard earned money on this, it's a rip off for what you are getting. Even with the spicy salsa it was terrible? Fills a hole and is edible, but i'd never pay for this. Couldn't even taste any coriander in it..

    The app has the same issues as Hey You et al. But it tries even harder to make the experience worse by giving no alerts when the food is ready. So you can either head straight to the counter to make sure you get a fresh burrito or come in the default 15 to 25 minutes and risk a lukewarm burrito. But at least every store knows about the app.

      Each Dollar spent gives u 10 points. 1500 points gives u $10 to redeem.

  • Not able to use the voucher anymore.. even though i have it on my account it doesnt apply it for buritto or naked buritto.. anyone else have the same problem?

    • Nope, just did a pick up order and on way to get it. Worked fine (using app).
