    Just don't expect good customer service or email delivery speeds and constant denial from them if you tell them your site is having issues.

    Was from my experience of using them for a few years anyway.

        I had 8 clients all on different servers + over 30 domains hosted on my reseller account.
        Trust me over 60% of clients complained of either emails getting lost or never delivered.
        Slow website speeds and unscheduled outages.

        Needless to say since Ive moved them all off Ventra not 1 complaint.

    Awesome company, great service and great support. I'm just an economy customer and I never bought the enhanced technical support packages etc but they have always replied to my support tickets within a couple of hours and all problems are always resolved within 1 or 2 replies.

    My website always loads up quickly and unlike a previous user above, I've never had emails go walkabout. I think in 18 months I've had one offline period for about 35 minutes or so.

    Can't say enough good things about these guys and at 75% off I'll be looking at purchasing a new hosting package for another three years.
