    Hi Op, good post and even better price for a great machine.
    Would be all over this one if I didn't already have a silver version.

    To those who wish it was a 13" screen - narrow border design makes it pretty slim.

        It seems decent, but I have mostly used it with the charger plugged in. I would guess 5-6 hours between charges.

        Design seems similar this is just the maxed out specs with 4k display, 512gb ssd, 16gb ram, etc.

        Seems the best price for a 4k display that I have been able to see. I don't care for the 2in1 ability but do like the touch screen option.

          Didn't realise the black edition has a 4k display. Worth the extra money for that if you want a 4k display.

      I went through the same thought process and pulled the trigger. No chance of getting these specs with 4k UHD display in any other model/brand.

      Only thing would be the fact it is 15.6" and around 2kg making tablet mode a little pointless (I mainly purchased because of specs and touch ability not mobility)

        I'm coming from a Dell Inspiron 13 5000 with a 7th gen i5… about time for an upgrade I think?

        The only possible "negative" I can see here is that it doesnt come with a full sized SD card slot.
        Oh, and also 4K will drain battery to some extent

        But besides for that…

          Only just logged in and set it up so haven't put it through its paces yet. Seemed pretty good though.

          Heavier than I thought but that doesn't really bother me as it's not going to be used as a portable.

              @Uncle Roger: Yeah of course, pens got a nice feel to it and good magnetic snap when you place it in its little cradle.

              Super impressed by the keyboard, has real nice click and travel.

              Screen is also amazing, put it through its paces with some 4k YouTube and looked very nice.
