          6+ means it is guaranteed to be a score of 6 or above. If the abattoir didn’t have an order for mb score of 7 for example, they will downgrade it to the next grade.. That’s how my workplace does it anyway.

      You're thinking of Japanese A5 Wagyu you see in youtube videos.

      Wagyu is just the Japanese breed of cow. The steak that it produces varies greatly.

    $148/KG RRP is so inflated - go to an independent butcher and you can get MS9 Sher Wagyu Porterhouse or Scotch for 90-110/KG.

    You could almost get Sher Wagyu/Mayura Station full bloody MS9+ For $148/KG.

    6+ should be $70/KG @ standard prices.
