    BEWARE

The prices listed are deceptive and misleading

    eg.
today, "Regular price $99, Your price $39"
    http://www.i-tech.com.au/products/72806_X_mini_Max_II_White_…

a month ago their normal selling price was $49 and NOT $99

Obvious breach of the Trade Practices Act under Deceptive and Misleading Advertising…

    • -2

why is 99 not a good price?
what has your comment got to do with this deal price?

      • In his links, he is pointing out that the product's standard price was $49 a month ago, but advertising on the product today says it's standard price was $99. Misleading for that product.

why is 99 not a good price?

because they are lying to you to make you think it has been discounted by $60 when it has only been discounted by $10.

This kind of advertising is illegal in Australia under the Trade Practices Act, it is call Deceptive & Misleading Advertising…

Agree, not only against Trade Practices, also not very nice!!

    • yep, trying to trick us into thinking its a bargain…

  • The 32gb USB 3 stick is only $3 cheaper than Arc and there's no need to wait 1-2 days either.

  • The USB stick is a good price but $14 shipping to Sydney metro makes it too much.

  • I saw this the other day from a good website for $99 FREE shipping, damn, if I could just remember where.

*Nevermind, it was on ozstock yesterday for $104.98, + 6 shipping but still better than this deal.

  • Good deal for a USB3.butI have already taken buffalo one from jb hifi for 98 delivered.

  • :O Lucky. Have you ran any benchmarks yet?

    • It has not come yet. I bought it yesterday. Payment is not still debited from paypal. I think, it will be once they process my order and do the delivery.

But I have read the reviews and looks ok. They are not bad at that price.
