    What happened to Luke?

    • +13

He's busy building all those systems.

    • +1

He'd be limited to how many deals he can post in a given time period. Probably has given these codes out to other trustworthy OzBargainers.

    • +1

      On leave

      • +7

Unfortunately Luke was posting too many good deals so the company cut him short. But from time to time you can still hear his voice in the distance

    • This time 480GB SSD at same price :)

What hoping for a bit more given Black Friday.

        • +2

          Me was too.

But officially one week from now!

        • +1

techfast has some pretty awesome pricing already. probably cant stretch too much more. lol

Cmoonnnnnnnnnnn Ryzen 5/2800 Super black friday deal cmooooooonnnnnnnnnnnn

    • +1

I second this, we want ryzen 5 /2080 super deal!!!

      • Should we wait?

  • +1

For those who are not that bright…

    Delivery for 1 = $29
    Delivery for 2 = $58
    Delivery for 3 = $87
    Delivery for 4 = $116
    Delivery for 5 = $145

    And so on…

  • Can we request this to be shipped in parts ? Keen to build myself :)

    • +5

In earlier deals it wasn't a problem. Just add a comment on your order!

      • Sweet ! Not probably specifically gonna get this one but am keen to buy from techfast now that I can build

  • +1

I don’t get why the checkout is $4.1k when order page total is just $3115, even considering $300 tax.

    • My bad. Caching.

      • +1

        What if you want caching?
I thought extra CPU cache was better…

  • +3

I don't know if I'm missing something but this really doesn't seem like that great of a deal, especially compared to previous systems.

    https://au.pcpartpicker.com/list/jTt2V7 $1594

    • +1

This is a better and more accurate comparison :

Most of the parts are the exact same. You're not saving that much here even when you factor in delivery costs.

      • +1

Sure but a lot of the parts used are unbalanced (storage, PSU). When in previous deals the price was the same as CPU and GPU alone this doesn't seem all that great.

        • Those deals were probably just to attract initial costumers and weren't financially viable for TF to continue doing.

          • @Ostrk: Am I missing something. This seems similar to this previous deal that was highly rated: https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/492935

I'd be extremely disappointed if they weren't able to provide amazingly priced systems anymore. I've been watching these guys for a while, until I'm in a good position to bite the bullet and grab one of their higher end systems.

  • +1

Hmm.. Luke writes the description up a lot better than this one..

  • Noob question: is the Liquid CPU Cooler worth to upgrade?

  • can I have a price without a GPU?

  • What annoys the hell out of me with their website is that you can't apply the code early on in the checkout process. You have to go through a number of things before you get to shopping and total cost. How 2005.

  • Hello I bought the exact same pc from u guys a month ago and it’s faulty(doesn’t work) how do i send it back (orange light from DRAM)

  • Can the fan LED lights be disabled? I will want to buy it for mainly work purposes so I really don't want it to be too blink.

  • This is no cheaper than the last deal

    • Do you seriously expect them to get lower every time?

  • +1

Is it possible to have a Blu-Ray burner added in? Or is there a bay that I can slot one into if I buy one myself?

  • It seems the prevailing recommendations in this category, is to avoid MSI like the plague and to upgrade the motherboards to oddly enough the fan favorite TUF.

The MSI Gaming Plus appears to have some pretty trash VRMs. Including the A-Pro and Gaming Edge.

Hardware Unboxed did a great review of the "cheaper" MSI motherboards. Buildzoid has also done a great roundup.

Avoid the MSI board and get the TUF :)

  • Just visit the deal again and the case changed to J25. Any option to switch back to J24 because I don't really like J25 too much.

    • No stock available for the J24 before Christmas, that's why they changed to the J25

  • What's the brand of the 1TB NVME m.2 SSD? Is it likely to be a Samsung/Western digital etc?
