Based on some reviews, MSI RTX 2080 Gaming Trio and Gaming X Trio have a higher GPU boost clock (1800/1860 respectively) compared to the standard 1715Mhz boost clock. The heat sink and fan design allows these cards to operate cool and quietly under constant load even after being overclocked by 950Mhz/150Mhz on memory and GPU.

  • Got one.. works great but it's big and longer than standard cards.. make sure you have enough space to lodge it in your case.

Nothing that can't be fixed with a grinder

  • Oos

  • Dang that was fast

  • You are kidding me…. I paid more for a 2070 like a month ago

    • +3

no way … you got jibbed!

      • Sure I was. I paid $806 for a 2070 super and a 1TB ssd as a gift

A quick search shows there's 5% difference in FPS so don't be too bummed out! Tech price drops over time, just get it when you want it or you'll always be waiting for the next thing.

@Oz8argain: Yeah probably early next year it will be a full build of R5 3600/2080/16G from TechFast for the same price of a 2080 now.

    • For gaming, this is probably slightly better than 2070 Super.

  • This listing still says it has stock, but for the original $920 :|

Haha, it seems they just lightened up their stock to a handleable quantity!

  • The 2070 Super trades blows with the original 2080, even at $799 I'd just personally recommend the 2070S over the 2080 which can be had for less than $750 now.

      Trades blows?

Hardly, the 2070s and the 2080 are the same GPU. The 2070s is basically a more poorly binned 2080.

      The 2080 is just better…

hi guys is it worth it to wait for xmax or not?

  • +1

Does anyone know how to get in contact with these guys? Has anyone received their card? I've already paid yet the item has not been dispatched.
Used their zendesk service and was told someone would contact me yesterday. Heard nothing. Apparently their retail stores don't any connection with the online store.

  • Still not posted… Did anyone's get shipped? or are we all just getting held up.
