  Maybe I'm going blind or something.. but I can't see anywhere to enter the code.

  Nowhere to enter it in the cart.

  Nowhere in checkout either: Contact Details, Delivery Options, Payment Details

  Is the text box not there because the thing I ordered is not eligible for discount? Or because the item is "Sold by One Shop"?

  Or am I really actually going blind…

      Actually I think I figured it out, added a different item and the text box appeared in the cart.

      I think it was because the thing I added before was discounted by like $1 or something and therefore "Discount codes cannot be used with any other offers" .. so they don't show the text box at all.

      I wonder if that is why they do it actually. Reduce a $100 item by $1 if you don't want it to be included in the "storewide" 10% off offer.

    If the discount code box isn't there, there are items in your cart that are not eligible to be discounted.

  Kogan is super tricky seller with jacking up price when they pretend to have a discount, without customer line to maximally reduce warranty claim or complaints. Ps using crappy courier who always deliver ur goods in routine working time and left a card and request a redelivery for 10000 times.
