        Not bad for stuff over $500

      Really? I enter IKEA through the exit more often than through the entry - little reason to be in the store for more than 10 minutes. Their website tells you which location you can grab stuff from, only need for click & collect if they might be out of stock.

          The returns counter can be a nightmare. I think 5 mins could blow out to 45min easily.
