This seems to be a new cheaper, lower spec Ultrasharp, but still has an IPS panel so should be quite good. Not as good as the U2410 ($699). $399 is the regular price so look out for it on special.

15% off coupon monitor is their everyday discount actually. Try this one:

Bring the price down to $339.15.

Regular price at Dell =/= bargain.
If it's a discussion about a new model then it belongs in the forums.

  • yep belongs in the forums not a bargain.

  • How long has this monitor been available for?

  • Sorry I thought it had just popped up, and considered it a 'bargain' compared to the regular U2411 model. I tend to just look at the bargains posted, never the forums so thought it worth posting as a deal.

    • Just because it's cheaper than the U2411 doesnt mean it's a bargain
It's not the same thing therefore you cannot compare prices.

      • It is $300 cheaper! Mind you there are some other cheaper IPS monitors around - LG and AOC that I can think of (cheaper than this one) so it may not be so special really.

        • U2412M is not comparable to U2410 (never heard of U2411, there is P2411H but it's non-IPS).

    • Whoops, yes I meant U2410, not U2411. It is somewhat comparable being IPS and having a lot of similar features, but the other specs aren't up to the level of the U2410, HENCE it's $300 less! (this is reply to the post 3 down). Whirlpool link above has good discussion.

    Long live 16:10!

    • I was wondering when the inevitable comment would appear.

Oh wait, it IS 16:10! I was expecting all the new models to be 16:9, hehe.
