  • Hmmm. I have a personal android phone and a work iphone 11. I bring both of them around during work days.

Was considering either this or the airpods pro - it is mostly to take phone calls and listen to music when I travel to and from meetings at multiples places within the CBD. I don't mind manually reconnecting the earbuds to either phone when I need to (assuming they both don't do multi connections).

Which is better? Priority is voice call quality.

    • Jabra 65t supports multipoints which I have connected to my iPhone and MacBook at the same time. Whatever outputs sound will pause the other one.

It’s the reason I think Jabra is more convinient - assuming 75t has no reason to remove what 65t already supports.

      • Yep 75t still supports multipoint. I pair it to I pair it to my nintendo switch (via dongle) and phone and that works just fine.

I also pair my phone and work laptop, but I have issues sometimes. Caveat though, I don't think it's the earphones fault, I think the work laptop has a buggy build as I've experienced issues across different work machines.

I haven't tried on APPs but I have both 65t and 75t, the 75t sound is punchier than the 65t. Also, I don't have an Apple devices so APPs won't be used to its full potential. Supposedly even sound isn't as good paired to Android (fwiw)

        • Does the call quality good during windy conditions?

          • @corgicorgi: I don't really use them for calls outside tbh. But based on YouTube reviews, they're generally considered better than most.

          • @corgicorgi: reviews say ita good, but my 65t is really bad for call quality outside, doesnt hold a candle to wife's airpods but my sound is better and I dont make as many phone calls

        • Does the tips exactly the same as 65t?

          • @llllllllllllll: same size, but texture is very slightly different

            • @jigna27: Right, I don’t get the good seal with 65t. Small is too loose and Medium is too tight. Wondering if the 65t active is any different.

              • @llllllllllllll: not sure if the comply tips fit the jabras, but maybe those are your best bet. Or maybe Air Pods Pro cos they have a different way of attaching the tips (from what I've seen on reviews)

  • hows the call quality?

  • How does this compare to the Sony 1000xm3?

  • $249 at Kogan now.

  • hmmmm amazon one has it 1-3 months delivery? what the…

    • +1

They sold out this morning. I was able to grab one with the 12% Shopback.

      • ah make sense thanks, i had a HN voucher so got it from a HN nearby so thanks OP :)

  • Picked mine up, unfortunately the left one keeps cutting out, insanely irritating. Going to return them tomorrow. Hope everyone else has better luck :)

  • Picked up a pair from OW and got them to price match Kogan/Dicksmith's $249.99. They might have forgotten to add the online shipping fee so it came down to $237.49 for me after their 5% price beat. I'd like to think the person was just being super nice and left the shipping out on purpose for me as I'm sure it wasn't their first transaction. It clearly says "+ Delivery" next to Dicksmith's price on the website.
.. Mate, if you're lurking on Ozbargain and reading this, thanks a million and I hope you have a happy new year!
Have not had a chance to use them properly so hopefully they're as amazing as they sound in reviews.

    • Can you report back once you’ve used. I’m torn between these and the Jaybird Vistas

    • Hey I'm new to the country so can't quite decipher what OW is. Do you mind enlightening me? Is there one in Melbourne?

      • Officeworks - plenty in Melbourne :)

        • Thanks! looks like they are out of stock in cbd and surrounding areas :(

Which one did you go to?
