  This thing will be very slow with the specs it has, especially the mechanical hard drive.

  Even if you put an SSD in it, it will still be very sluggish, not good for any real work.

    Yeah, cpu looks a bit light. I'd still put in a SSD and put on linux.

  The E2-9000 is an incredibly slow CPU. It's about 3 times slower than the i5 4300m from 2013. That combined with a slow 1TB HDD will lead to a very poor computing experience. For $370 you can probably find a much better refurbished laptop.
